INNOVOS is founded June 1st, 2008 by Eric de Vos. Legal residence of the company is Noordwijkerhout, The Netherlands. Centrally located, in the heart of the colourful and inspiring flowerbulb region (“Bollenstreek”). Close to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport for easy access to international destinations.
For over 18 years I have worked as a permanent employee in various (management) roles in marketing, education and ICT with well-known international companies. With the broad knowledge and experience I gained; I was able to start my own business.
Depending on the nature of the assignment, work can be performed onsite or remote. I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English and can relate to a wide range of people, technical and non-technical. I am also proficient in the German and French languages.
Experience with domestic projects: Staatsloterij, Aegon, Fontys, DNB, UWV, SaNS, LUMC, Holland Rail Consult, Dutch Ministry of Defence, Oracle University, VUmc and UMCG.
Foreign projects with ING, Oracle, Oracle University, VUB, Sandvik, FedEx, Daimler, BearingPoint and the Irish government.

Hobby’s and extracurricular activities:
In my personal time I am a hiking enthusiast, motorcyclist and enjoy skiing and snow walking trails. Furthermore, I have been a korfball referee for many years.
For many years I have done volunteer work in the board of a local top korfball club in the nearby village of Sassenheim (www.kvtop.nl).
